The Institute is dedicated to maintaining a harmonious workplace and the well-being of its staff. Please write in detail the nature of the complaint and any attempts at informal resolution.

According to procedure, it is the president of the institute who receives this information. If the complaint involves the president, you may elect to request the submission be directed to a board member instead.
